Of all the Realtors we interviewed, and yes, we interviewed Realtors before signing a contract, you were the only one that LISTENED to our concerns and opinions and made us feel that NO questions were idiotic. The others did not do their homework relative to the area nor did they seem to care about the emotional attachment, the attachment to an object such as a house which was a "home." The others wanted us to aim low by making comparisons that were nowhere near equal to what we had.
Well guess what? You were the only one that understood ALL the variables and above all you understood the emotions of the sellers! You knew the area as well as we did and marketed the property in such a way that we had a signed contract 34 days after we listed the house and at a price which no one else said we would accomplish!
Allen, I remember your Dad very well from the shoe store while I was growing up (my Mom always took me there for shoes) and through the Winery. It takes more than just technology to be a reputable Realtor! Your Dad gave you a wonderful gift with all his knowledge and indeed you learned from an “Old Pro!” Share your knowledge as too many others lack the personal skills and fundamentals. I am sure your Dad is smiling and very proud of you! And knowing my Mom, she has thanked him for taking care of her girls at an emotional time and my Dad (the salesman); he of course liked the final price tag!
Moral of the story for others who are reading this…list with Al Antuzzi as he REALLY does know what he is doing but above all he truly cares about his clients and if you are lucky like me…you will end up with a friend! Thank you, Allen!"
